Frequently Asked Questions

What counts as an emergency call?

Any call made after 4:30 PM on any day is considered an emergency.

Weekend calls are treated the same as weekday after-hours calls. No additional services are offered on weekends.

Night calls made after 10:00 PM will incur an additional late-night fee.

All calls on federal holidays will incur a holiday fee.

What is the difference between branch lines & main sewer lines?

Branch Sewer Line (a.k.a. Secondary or Lateral Line)
Purpose: Carries wastewater from individual fixtures such as sinks, tubs, toilets, and showers.

Location: Typically runs through the walls and floors of a building

Main Sewer Line (a.k.a. Main Drain Line)
Purpose: Collects all wastewater from the branch lines and carries it out to the city sewer or septic system.
Location: Runs under the house or building, typically underground.

Am I responsible for clean up?

Our team will clean up any materials we use during the drain cleaning process and will do our best to leave the area as clean as possible. However, if there is sewage backup or any biohazardous material involved, a professional cleaning service may be required for proper sanitation and safety. In those cases, you would be responsible for arranging and covering the cost of that additional clean-up.

Are you capable of handling any drain repairs?

Yes! We handle a wide range of drain repairs — from simple fixes like replacing a trap under your sink to complete sewer line repairs. No job is too big or too small. Contact us today for a free estimate on any drain or sewer repair needs!

Is preventative maintenance sewer cleaning only for commercial buildings?

Not at all! Preventative maintenance is highly recommended for both residential and commercial properties. If your home or business has a history of sewer backups due to heavy usage or tree root intrusion, routine maintenance can be a smart, proactive way to avoid costly and inconvenient emergency calls.
